Job Title: Web Designer and Developer
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the organization’s specifications. Additionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design specifications.
Develop and maintain the organization’s website architecture to ensure user-friendly navigation and optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve website usability and user experience.
Perform website updates and maintenance, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and accurate.
Conduct website testing and optimization to ensure website functionality and usability.
Develop and maintain website security measures to protect against cyber threats. • Mentor and train new and junior web developers in the team.
Work with Growth Hacker mindset in a collaborative manner with other Digital team counterparts and other internal partners to ensure continuous and consistent execution of eCommerce-based revenue-driving strategy.
Work to ensure best-in-class SEO + Ads based growth on key platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot etc by looking at data provided by these third-party platforms (on both ads and SEO).
Develop and execute split testing regimen across various primary site/channels to discover better ways to sell product, drive revenue, and engage with customers into the funnel.
Perform site audits to review and analyze eCommerce performance across Digital channels including a keen eye on competitor strategies and advantages that they have on our platforms.
Collaborate with Ads team and Content team to ensure that range of testing experiments are done…and monitor the efficacy of these to find winning ideas that can be percolated on more products / more channels.
Create and manage a reporting dashboard with trackable key performance indicators on the various marketing tactics used for SEO/Paid Ads growth hacking on the assigned platforms. This report will be shared with internal teams to stay updated on the tactical performance, paid media campaigns, organic traffic, price changes and any other digital marketing strategies.
Develop and foster a customer-centric mindset with sales and customer service teams… and build deep insights on customer needs via these teams + review feedback + Q&A of customers. This should drive new cycle of SEO sales growth (and paid media sales growth for other teams)
