PWHT Solutions provides proof load testing for lifting equipment and accessories used in industrial, marine, offshore, construction, and shipyard operations. A proof load test applies a specified test load under controlled conditions to assess the equipment’s performance before it is placed into service or returned to use.
Our lifting inspection team plans each test around the equipment type, rated capacity, manufacturer’s instructions, and the applicable project requirements. We carry out a visual inspection before testing, monitor the equipment during the test, and inspect it again afterwards for any visible damage, deformation, or abnormal operation.
